WE WANT YOU TO LOVE YOUR CURATED PIECES WHICH IS WHY WE OFFER RETURNS ON ALL FULL PRICED ITEMS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY PROVIDED THAT:

- The item was not purchased with a discount code of 20% or higher. Any items placed with a discount of 20% or higher are FINAL SALE. We do not make exceptions.

- Returns are initiated within 14 days of delivery.

- The item is returned unworn, with no visible signs of wear, and undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags.

- Sale items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

We do not make exceptions to our return policy, even if you call or email.

Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will receive store credit, which you can use to purchase a different size or style of piece online.

 SHIPPING

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment. Please allow up to 5-7 business days in volume times for orders to ship.
  • Customs fees and all duties or taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Priority shipping is the only option we offer in the US that includes insurance. If you forgo choosing Priority Mail, THE COASTAL COLLECTIVE is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking your lost package.
  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
